LeenTech develops database websites using Coldfusion, MySQL, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript. We are also integrating these websites with our clients' existing databases application. Our Web Applications are aimed at developing business solutions on the Internet that integrate with or even replace databases on client’s local area networks. These web-based solutions are more flexible and economic than traditional LAN based systems.

Coldfusion Developers

We have adopted Coldfusion as our preferred web application development environment for its rapid development times, ease of use and its powerful features. LeenTech is one of a few companies in the East Midlands that specialises in Coldfusion development.

The advantages of web applications:

Access data anywhere any time:
Accessed from almost anywhere with a Internet connection. Ideal for home workers or staff that work out the office It can reduce the need for say sales staff to make expensive trips into the office just to complete paper work. Dealers or customers can be supported from anywhere in the world.

Sharing data across multiple sites:
For companies that have chains of offices, shops or factories around the country or countries web applications give the ability to share data in a way that was only possible by multinationals with huge IT budgets in the past. A web site database can now start for as little as a couple of the thousand pounds or even purchased on a monthly rental basis.

Remote maintenance and development:
Can be maintained and developed without expensive visits to a company’s site by your IT Company.

Secure data storage:
The data and server are kept in modern purpose built data centres; with Internet connection that provide 99% uptime, air conditioning, backup power, 24/7 security, fire protection and backup of all data each day.

Reduced hidden costs:
Local area network systems can have huge hidden costs, less than 15% of the cost of running IT systems is the hardware, and even software costs are not much greater. Most of the cost is hidden in maintenance, unofficial support by peer users, fire fighting by manages, training and down time. Data stored in data centres have generally lower down time than system sited on company premises and internal managed.
